Photographer's Note

The 'Elbow Crab' is a common crab, but is rarely seen as they are well camouflaged by their spines and tubercles.

They feed on worms, soft corals, small snails, sea urchins and clams in sandy, muddy and rocky bottoms of intertidal waters.

As seen in this workshop, the Elbow Crab has quite large front claws which are folded up under him as you can see in this shot.

I Hope you like it,
- Dan
