Photographer's Note

One of the first things I noticed when I came to Taiwan is the amazing super highways. They are built across rice fields, over buildings, or wherever the engineers see fit.

I took this photo after a big rain, when the sky was actually nice. The water is just a drainage canal, maybe years ago it used to be an actual river, but since has been destroyed...

Post processing was simple: just two layers, one to lighten the dark highway, and one to darken the sky and bring out colors. Then brushed together, and a little sharpening.
