Photographer's Note
This photo is from the same afrocuban cultural show about Santeria and Orishas like my other photo with the title "Vienen los Orishas", so I hope that you don't mind if I copy that note:
The Orishas are the deities of the Santeria, the tradicional afrocuban religion (often compared to the Haitian Voodoo), a mix of Catholisism and pagan ceremonies that the slaves from western Afriga brought with them to the magnificent island of Cuba. You may watch a Santeria ceremony throughout the country, and also in the capital, in the suburbs of Regla and Guanabacoa. It's an experience that you' ll never forget. You can also visit the Santeria Museum in Guanabacoa and then go nearby to the tradicional joint called "Orishas", where you can taste original creole food, while enjoing a spectacular afrocuban show (see photo). The whole story of the Orishas and the Santeria will pass right before your eyes. The main deities are there: Babalou Aye (father of the world), Yemaya (mother of the gods), Oshun (goddess of love), Chango, the "Superman of the poor" (Master of Thunder and the drums, legendary warrior and lover, archetype of modern "macho") etc. are waiting to give you as a souvenir, a small naive statue for good luck, which you have to put by the door of your house (don't forget to put also some candy, so that the small Orisha is happy). But first of all you have to "baptize" him by blowing three times towards the statue original Cuban Rum (one for good health, one for love and one for money). Allthough the "mojo" doesn't seem to work for the Cubans in the aspect of money, they have surplus of love and good health. Hope it works for you too!
*Sorry, I lost EXIF data
** POST PROCESS. I made a selection of the dancer, then selected "inverse", used a big "feather" number( i don't remember the exact number) and used in the background the Motion Blur Tool.

This is one of the most captivating picture of a dancer I have ever seen. Incredible. It works very well because you made it to obtain a good sharpness on the face of the woman I think.
Congratulation and thank you for sharing.
Pascal.

Kalispera Hercules.

Josep

Hi Hercules
Impressive shot and capture. The blur effect is great and gives the shot a dynamic feeling. The yellow colour if the outfit is nice and bright too. Good moment of action and dynamism. Well done.

Brilliant capture Hercules. Nice sharp face even though everything else is much of a blur, and wonderful colours make this a powerful image. Well done and thanks for sharing.

Hi Hercules,
Oh yes they can dance!! Rumba is what I love most to hear, the passionated dance of Cuban religion.
This woman portraits Oshun, you can see that because of her yellow dress.
She embodies love, beauty, and fertility. She represents the blood flowing through and creating human life. She is also associated with culture and the fine arts. She is the youngest of the Orishas and the messenger to the house of Olorun. Her saint is Our Lady of Charity, Cuba's Patron Saint. Her colors are yellow and gold and her number is 5
Great expressive shot!

hi Hercules,
This is pretty artistic capture of the dancer. With the post processing it comes out really well. I also would like to see the original one without processing.

Buen trabajo y gran creatividad.
