Varadero ist ein Sondergebiet (Territorio especial) an der Nordküste Kubas auf der Halbinsel Hicacos, gut 120 Kilometer östlich von Havanna. Es gehört verwaltungsrechtlich zum Municipio Cárdenas in der Provinz Matanzas. Hier befindet sich auch der zu den USA nächstgelegene Punkt der Hauptinsel.

Varadero (Spanish pronunciation: [baɾaˈðeɾo]) is a resort town in the province of Matanzas, Cuba, and one of the largest resort areas in the Caribbean (Wikipedia)

Interesting sunset view through the stately palm fronds.

President Kennedy had sent his ambassador to Cuba to start negotiations to promise no future attempts to invade or military actions, when he was assassinated the next day.

This is a very good tight framed composition
But it wa possible to correct the horizon tilt
and this is very simple to do it

Color of sunset is very natural and beautiful and the evening sun looks nice between the palms. You have framed the photo well and the palm leaves are sharp. Only oblique horizon disturbs me a bit, but it's simple to straighten.

very good picture from Cuba with a very good light management and excellent composition. Only point to critic is the horizon which must be rectificated.TFS.
