Trees with path, a photo from Oost-Vlaanderen, Flanders

Photographer's Note

I'm always look up to photograph in my file, these saw I and find always nicely sun with shade of the trees. At the end of this path the sun seems this way beautiful, and gives much slight, what very beautiful depth to the photograph. I like very of this bunch in Ursel because for to bike and stroll is it pleasure.

This picture I have cropped to a better composition.

A great shot, John, with a good perspective. I like the way you captured the sunlight at the end of the path and how it brings out the beautiful colours in the leaves. It contrasts well with the dark 'tree' border. Very well seen.

Very nice. I like the sun filtering through the trees creating shadows that seem to likk them to the trees on the other side of the path.

Really delightful how you managed to render the light breaking thru in between the trees, John. Other than that it is another one of your signature compos, with a good application of a diagonal composition and fine natural colors. Well done.

There is a spot of light in the end of the path that catches the eye. The colors are bold and nice and the off0cenetered position of the path's end is very effective. A very nice shot, John.

Beautiful path, John. The way the shadow draws the eye forward down this path to the light is great. This has a look of an enchanted forest as I think I mentioned about a previous photograph of yours. The light has a magical feel with these great colors moving to the light. It is really very nicely composed to create this light, magical, feel. And to capture a strong feel of space, confined by the trees but still wide open.

This is definately great autumn photo. I completely agree with your opinion - shade of the trees are amazining and the end of path is kind of mysterious. The sun makes it really special. L.

Het licht door de bomen is erg mooi. Door de schaduw van de bomen op de grond ontstaan er heel mooie contrasten. De kleuren zijn heel diep. Al met al een erg mooie foto!
