Burgas Bay

This my last post to the serie “View to Airplane Window”. I hope that you have enjoyed it and thank you for all comments, critiques and suggestions.

I’ve taken this photo during the flight from Zurich to Singapore (on board of Singapore Airlines B 777-300 ER airplane) from an altitude of 13,000m a.s.l.

Burgas Bay is surrounded by the coastal Burgas Lakes and located at the westernmost point of the Black Sea. The largest oil refinery in Southeastern Europe, the Lukoil Neftochim Burgas and largest Port in Bulgaria are located in the Burgas Bay.

Very original picture to finish this series from the heights, as the circle of the window gives a nice effect, nice picture with the line of the coast.

This shot is far different from previous ones. The usage of fisgeye lens is a great idea. The distortion is so effective but the center focusing is still very clear and sharp. Thanks for your sharing with good work and have a good weekend! Best regards,

Hi Miro,

Using the aircraft window to frame the scene is a good idea. The point of view is showing the details and colors of this area of the Burgas bay. The good luminosity is giving nice tints to the colors. Have a nice day.
