This photo is from coast of Batak Dam. The Batak Dam is located in the Rhodope Mountains and is the third largest in Bulgaria. It attracts many tourists and fishermen, and a whole resort was bulit on its shore — Tsigov Chark. The dam is situated just above the historic town of the same name. This is sample how one landscape can be beautiful without cloudy sky:)

Un joli paysage au bord de l'eau avec ce vieil arbre qui a l'air de lutter pour survivre. Il a du faire chaud car la végétation est toute rousse.

Hi Philip,

Nice and peaceful. I like places like this one because they offer so much tranquility. The image is very pretty, with good colours and light. The lone tree add a nice focal point to this quiet view. Thanks Philip :-)

A nice and peaceful place full of serenity. A composition well balanced with the grass and the tree in the FG and the another coast in the BG. The tenders colours are very well collected. Good photowork.

Hello Philip. That handsome looking tree hits right on the sweet spot. Beautiful view with the shoreline drawn right to the bottom of the left frame. I like the small ripples on the surface against the green backdrop. Sharp details and very well metered shot. Well done. Jusni
