Photographer's Note
Trogir is a very beautiful town with a lot of interesting things. We had a great breakfast on the promenade street and visited the old part.

Bonjour Daniel,
J'aime beaucoup la construction de cette image. Les deux toits se rejoignent presque pour le plus beau des effets. Une contre plongée qui donne beaucoup d'ampleur. Une belle utilisation du noir et blanc.
Amicalement

Hello Daniel,
the monochrome looks like a bold choice for this scene but you made it work very effectively. You balanced the challenging lighting in a great way, there were different lighting demands in the different areas of your composition and there's excellent clarity everywhere. The sepia tones and the details make a very graceful picture, the way you cropped the busy scenery is remarkable. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a lovely evening,
Ourania

Ciao Daniel
ottima questa versione in b&w, molto suggestiva, questo grazie anche all'inquadratura e al taglio verticale che aumenta l'effetto della torre.
Buon we

Hello Daniel
Having just booked a holiday in Croatia for this October, this picture comes just in handy at the moment. Trogir will be one of our stations.
The black and white conversion works really well on this subject and well composed with the foreground house almost acting as a frame within the frame. The eye wanders pleasantly from the café in the foreground to the impressing church tower in the back.
have a great weekend
Daniel

Hello Daniel
I like your choice of toned monochrome here. The sepia effect is in keeping with the sense of history of the place, and gives your photograph a timeless air. A pleasant spot for a lunchtime beer...
