This shot is taken back in March, as the snow was all over the place. =) Now the spring is coming, so I decided to upload this one to tribute the coming summer.

Wonderful photograph. Very sharp, and the horizon just about satisfies the rule of thirds. The frame also seems to fit nicely with the image.

Paavo, I was going to comment on your today's photo, however I was tempted to see more of your work. This one is truelly fantastic landscape photo. Beautifull, but soft colors. Overall this photo is full of very "silente atmosphere". Great work. L.

I'm not the first person to comment this picture and most has been said. I do not usually like oranges and sunsets, but with the frame, the blue of the snow and the dark line of the tress it looks just great. Everything looks so peaceful apart from maybe the snow -or is it ice - breaking up round the rocks that reminds one that you are not in an open field but that there is moving water a few feet below the surface.
