venture to say that probably it would have been even stronger if pasta had been filling the whole pic and had covered the plate on the lower left part of it as well. a bit of sharpening too through photoshop or neatimage might cover the extra noise. a good shot still! Did you eventually eat it? Buon appetito

Excellente macro, sujet original (surtout pour moi qui suis un gourmand incorrigible).
Clair, net, bonne lumière et bon piqué. Un peu de flou dans le coins gauche, dommage.
Encore... (Pourquoi pas des tagliatelles la prochaine fois ?)

I think the image would be better if the pasta had been cooked. It would be more shiney especially after just having been rinced. Maybe you can try again next time you cook pasta.
