Mimbeau sandbank
Several of you, friends of TE, mentioned during the reviews and comments of my last photo posted, this superb sandbar. In my previous post we could see it from the Cap Ferret lighthouse, here it is taken from the sand...
It is a place that I have presented several times on TE, a charming perspective where I like to walk around and take pictures there ... besides, you can see my silhouette as a photo enthusiast in the corner.

Interesantan i lep pogled, dobar tekst ...
Lepa obala sa drvenom ogradom, dobro pokazano sa lepim bojama, kontrastom, perspektivom i uhvacenim trenutkom.
Lepo mesto za setnju sa lepim pogledom.
Dobar rad, lepa fotografija.
Lepo secanje.

Bonjour Jean,

The converging lines give us a good sense of depth as we look along the sandbank running off to the horizon. Long shadows and good colours add to the effect.

It is a beautiful place! Yes I remember it but somehow every time the light seems different and effect makes it feel as if it was a different place,
Here a very nice warm light, probably short before the sunset.
Nice to have the silhouette of the person in the distance for a scale,

Bonjour Jean, excellent point of view that emphasises the length of the sand bar.
Unsure of the time of day, but I guess that the sun was quite low which gave a golden glow to the grasses and the sand.
Your shadow and the distant figure complete the scene for me.

Bonjour Jean,

La présence de la personne anime la scène. La longueur du banc de sable donne de la profondeur à la composition. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails du banc de sable. La lumière fait ressortir les couleurs. Bonne journée.

C'est effectivement un bel endroit.
Agréable pour se promener avec l'eau des deux côtés.
Belle disposition avec plage d'un côté et herbe des dunes de l'autre.
Belles tonalités chaudes du soir.

Bonjour Jean,
It looks as a men-made dyke but I may be wrong, the strait line of the sandback drew my thought about this.
Picture well allocated from different blue tones, to brown/orang and some green. Clear shot.

Hello Jean,
A great view down the long sandbank, nicely divided into the grass at left and the actual sand at right. The warm/cold colour contrast with the sea is very appealing as well and your own shadow is also a nice addition.

A wonderful perspective of this narrow strip of sand, with the sea on both sides, the right hand side is a sensational beach, beautiful in this evening light.
