After the abundant snowfalls it happens with the thaw ... the avalanches. Here the hiking trail and the cross-country ski trail are closed due to the risk of new snow flows on these slopes.

Hello Jean,
The dirty patterns on the mountainside show us where there had been an avalanche. The orange warning sign tells us of the dangers and provides a superb, bright foreground. You managed a very eye-catching composition that also tells a story.

Lepa priroda u danu sa snegom i zanak upozorenja, dobro pokazano sa lepim bojama, kontrastom i perspektivom.
Veliki snegovi donose mnogo problema i opasnosti.

Bonjour Jean, the bright orange sign tells us all we need to know. The 'portrait' presentation allowed you to include so much of the mountainside.
As we study the mountainside we can see evidence of earlier avalanches.

Avez-vous déjà vu une avalanche ? Peut-être de loin.
Rester en dehors de la zone de danger est bien sûr le message.
Derrière la barrière d'avertissement, cependant, nous voyons un grandiose paysage de montagne hivernal.
Une journée d'hiver ensoleillée et une belle lumière.

Hello Jean,
The snowy slopes look so peaceful in the bright sunlight, but the orange sign says something different. It adds a nice colour contrast as well. Well captured in a good vertical composition.

The scenery is more dramatically beautiful, with the attention on the rocky slopes rather than the trees but then, the warning notes strikes danger emphatically.

Bonjour Jean,
The orange sign advising caution from possible avalanches captured first attention. Than, looking up the slope saw a marvelous snowy scenery with fine contrast and clear sight of the rocks.
