Hi Vasilis
It goes without saying you've captured a great moment, Flamingoes are known to have elaborate mating rituals and this is a perfectly times shot indeed.
However there are certain things that could be improvised. The picture appears to be cropped from a larger image, therefore it would have done good if it were framed. Secondly the colours of the Flamingoes have come out well, but the Blue water could have been better with a little contrast.
I've tried posting a workshop with those two changes, take a look...
