I love this photo. The color and the mysterious/romantic atmosphere. Which camera did you use? I like how the color got darker on the right hand side.

Kind of small, but what a wonderful idea. The blue works so well with the other muted colors and echoes the sky.

very nice photo and atmosphere, if i were to sit there, i wish the bench was facing the sea though...
please check my album soon, i will be posting a photo very similar to this one that i took in November last year, of a bench (same style, only green) in Buenos Aires.

Now this is just great Kostas. You obviously have a thing for bold colours, especially blue. Are these vivid colours natural or do you boost contrast in PP?
The composition is also very strong with the four positive bands of background mimicked in the four slats of the back of the bench. The tree and land in the top left add an element of asymmetry and the dappled light on the bench creates texture and mood.
What it makes me think more than anything is "what mystery would I see if I sat on this bench?"
In all, a terrific image - thanks for posting it. Oh, but why are a number of your shots so small?
