Photographer's Note
After seeing some pictures of Harpa on TE, I was very curious and was looking forward to seeing it in my own eyes. I have shown already one picture but it is such a fascinating place that here it is another one.
As you can see, there are three levels there. One wall is all stain and colourful glasses, the ceiling is also very attractive with many fantastic reflections.
Harpa is a concert hall and conference centre in Reykjavík, Iceland. The building features a distinctive colored glass facade inspired by the basalt landscape of Iceland.
I hope you are not bored and you like this view. In Reykjavik, it was the only day with cloudy weather.
I do not know if it is possible to see any hall without the event there.
better see a bigger beta picture.

Hello Malgo,
We have seen quite many photos of Harpa on TE, but it seems to be one of those buildings (like the Oculus) where new angles and new details can always be found. Depending on the photographer's choice the light, the colours, shapes or dimensions can be accentuated, or the relations between architecture and visitors. This is just as fascinating as many earlier views, and the light is very good.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hi Malgo
I never get tired of this building. One day I wish to actually see an event here, not just walk around and take photos.
There is something interesting to see from each and every side of the frame, thats good, good use of the space. nice one.
cheers
Craig

Hello Malgo,
This is an amazing place!
No wonder you were eager to visit and photograph it!
I love how well you have included the platforms, the steps, the window panels, all contributing to this pattern of abstract art.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hello Malgo
Harpa is one of the most photogenic buildings in the world.
On the outside and even more on the inside.
Not enough photos can appear again on TE, so I'm looking forward to further impressions of you.
Excellent presentation
Have a nice day. Groet Rob

Dear Malgo,
It was a good idea to move into the warm house I started to shiver looking at your photos! :) Joking apart, you presented a nice interior shot. The stairway on the left looks interesting, as I see there were seats provided.
Best Wishes,
Gy.

Hello Malgo,
What a great POV! I love all the levels and shapes. This is such a futuristic interior, and the photo opportunities are endless. The long, suspended staircase on the left is very cool, too. Really nice composition in this photo. The lady in the WS looks like she's trapped in a futuristic beehive. I like that photo, as well. :-)

Hello Malgo,
It looks like the Alexandria Library in Egypt. Amazing repetition of patterns and shapes with good sharpness and the people below add scale and animate the scene. Tfs!

Hello Malgo,
A fantastic view of the fascinating design of Harpa's interior. There is so much to see and the patterns and shapes of the architecture are fantastic, especially around the large glass façade of course.
