Photographer's Note
When I saw the photo session of this blond model in black, of course, I stole a few pictures. She poses against the basalt columns. I felt pity for the model, it was very cold. Here the black colour of the beach is really black. To show the big black areas is as difficult as the big white areas. In the shades it is bluish, I couldn't do anything with that.

Two other pictures here
and
here.
I put the decisive moment here. This photo session can be a success for the girl as a model but it could be bad for health.

Hello Malgo,
Something different in your gallery ;-) Why not take advantage of other's arrangements where you can. The very attractive model stands out beautifully against the nicely illuminated rock face. Good management of the rather difficult lighting conditions.

Hi Malgo
Good photo of the model but the detail of the rocks is probably better.
Cheers

Hello Malgo,
Nicely taken photos, although the light was difficult. It's a fantastic place for photos generally, but honestly I find it ridiculous for this kind of photos (not yours, I mean trying to advertise those clothes in this environment). The basalt rocks make a fantastic background, but for what?
Kind regards,
Gert

Hello Malgo,
I do not know where Craig is, but you gave him a good competitive shot here.... he is the one with so much luck about ladies-models...
the blond beautiful young lady stood against the dark tones rocks and sand, the shining black and grey - I can explain to myself - but where came this blue stunning shadows color? Superbly spotted moment.
Good afternoon,
Ike

Ciao Malgo,
C'est vraiment le bonheur de pouvoir regarder par dessus le photographe un photo shoot avec un aussi beau mannequin et aussi profiter de l'imagination très noire de la mise en scène.
Amicalement

Hello Malgo,
A great photo of this model posing in this wonderful landscape. The photo also offers a great detailed look of the basalt rocks. The black sand makes a good foreground, too and the light was just perfect.

Hello Malgo
A popular place to pose with the pillar basalt on the background and the coarse black sand on the ground.
The photographer probably wanted to take advantage of the deep blue winter shadows and of course he gave the model a bonus for the cold. 😉
Excellent observation !
Have a good weekend, groet Rob

Hi Malgo
I'm back from my Portugal/Spain trip, i'll post a new photo in a few hours. Wait for it :)
haha, usually its ME who is posting model photos on TE :)
but do not worry, I have another one in the waiting as it happened to me again.
Love your shot here, its so much fun to see a model shoot like this. I wonder why they chose a black/grey dress, I suppose to compliment the basalt rocks. However, a red dress or a bright colored one would make her stand out more.
great to see the WS photo's as well. Glad to see this one in your gallery, a usual Iceland subject but with a unique touch. cheers

Hello Malgo,
It looks like a cat scratched her knee! I hope its just red cloth overhanging from her dress. Good sharpness and I do not envy her lack of winter clothing. Tfs!

Ciao Malgo
hai potuto utilizzare un set già pronto, non capita spesso, anche il luogo è alquanto originale.
Bel colpo e belle foto, istruttiva quella del set.

HI Malgo
a good note. The lady dress is matching perfectly the basalt stones. The pose is absolutly artificial, and I like the position of the photographer in one WS!

Hello Malgo,
tricky light and colors, not easy to get the right exposure with all these different black tones. But what a great opportunity to pick some photos with a professional model!
Kind regards,

Hello Malgo,
I see what you mean, parts of her right arm are washed out. I am sure the dynamic range of the light was challenging for your sensor. The composition is lovely.

yes,I guess the worst than the cold someone is feeling is the fact you should to pretend the moment is hot. haha.
nice the texture of these rocks and the interaction with the model. I did the same in portofino.
take care
