Photographer's Note
I mean. When you have that beatiful garbage can at the place in front of St. Peters basilika - the choice is very easy: Go for the can.
I was just having 5 minutes, sitting down, seeeing this couple coming around, and of all things the guy, mostly hidden by his grand lady, sat down and made a super shot of this garbage can.
I can say nothing other than I was deeply impressed.
Here I was, being in a cue for the best of an hour to see the basilika, paying €6 for the museum etc. - and all I should be doing was shooting garbage cans....
Another grand view of this magnificent city Rome

very funny pic. he is getting serious about it too, look at the low perspective he is trying to get. I am sure I have looked as silly trying to get a shot of something that an onlooked thought was ridiculous... I am sure we all have.

:-)) the story is a great one...
Save €6 by only catching the Baslica's bin for your holidays souvenirs.
Might have interesting thing in his POV.
Well done here for the subject

Wow Jack what a photo. Focusing on the can at a place like this really makes it interesting. When you mentioned Grand lady you were not kidding. She almost fills the frame. Nice long hair but I might get scared if she knocked on my door. Great shot Jack.

Bad, bad boy, Jack.
Gentleman never calls people like that.
Oh, well...It happens sometimes. You have nothing to do for few minutes, you saw the garbage can,...Hey...Why not?
Just please, don't let it happen again (:-)))))
Have the most wonderfull, giggling day
