A good photo along the canal in Santa Croce. When we visited Venice a few years ago we stayed in an apartment a little back from the church.

You took this panorama view the long row buildings with a wonderful building with dome and entrance, in middle of the picture.
We get a lovely view about frontages and boats.

I suppose this photo was taken from a boat.

The details of Venice are so distinctive and so very attractive.
Your excellent, angled photograph creates a natural guide from the f/g into the distance.
The buildings are pin-sharp in their details, whilst the canal, with its boat vehicles, link the scene.

A classic Venice definitely not a scene you could ever get bored of looking at. This has a freshness to it, in feel as well as look which really leads the eye into the picture. The huge dome captures attention and just love how the light is sparkling brightly. Excllent shot
