Hola Geof, hermoso paisaje, y excelente exposición, me asombra el deterioro de la edificación, el estado del pintura... le da un toque especial a la arquitectura de esta edificación... es una pena que no puedas complementar con una buena nota descriptiva...
Abrazos...

Hello Geof,
Your camera definitely take good pictures. I think you framed this image very well with the impressive cliffs in the background. The light is excellent as it give out good details and colours. I really like the way many castles and palaces were built on hillsides in Europe. Nowadays is almost impossible to have buildings on hillsides in Canada. Take and enjoy the New Year :-)

Hallo Geof!
I like how you "silhuetted" these building in front of the hazy background. A wonderful effect! ...and I like this beautiful light on the froofs and the plants. A picture we need in these time of cold.
Greetings from Siegen!

Salut Geof!
Emilius

Hi Geof,
Very nice picture. I loved the view of this house against that large mountain. By not capturing the peak, you have left our imagination open about the height of the peak and this making it interesting.
Great shot.

I like the composition and subject. Indeed, old buildings always deliver good vibes to me. I also like the DOF but in my opinion the luminosity is too harsh. It spoils a little bit the pic. Maybe a polarising filter would have helped.
Cheers,
Pris.

Geof,
Your composition is great using backdrop of hazy mountains to to help spotlight the buildings. The lighting and colors are fine with nice sharpness and detail. The placement of the building is great showing the vineyards and surrounding trees.

Hello Geof,
A well composed presentation with a fine sense of depth!
I always wonder why they pick the place to build, and my only idea is some kind of defence thinking...
Nice backlight and bright colours!

Hi Geof,
Most of all I like the colours here; the green foreground, the delicate red part of the building and the hazy mountainside in the background. A very good and balanced composition!

A very nice composition Geof.
Beautiful colors and light.
The background although is not sharp enough gives a strength in the picture.
Well seen.
best regards Argyris

Hello, Geof.
What a place! Fabulous building with a fantastic backdrop - I love the contrast in colours between the foreground and background. Perfect colours and exposure and sharpness in my opinion.
Excellent!
Best Wishes,
John.
P.S. Just one slight gripe - a longer note telling us something about this wonderful place would have been nice!

Hi Geof.
Absolutely stunning. Awesome light and the picture-postcard perfect framing of this beautiful building. Have you thought about doing an artwork conversion in Photoshop? I think this is creaming out for an oil painting or watercolour treatment (obviously not for TE - but this would grace any living room wall).
Regards, Paul.

Hi Geof, Nice image of a phtogenic scene. Good compostion with the main subject a strong element standing out from the other diagonal lines. Shame that the BG is quite so hazy - I guess you can't do much about that. cheers, Steve
