Very beautiful composition, the sky has great colors. The only thing that I suggest you is to try with a different frame, I'm posting you a ws to show you How I would have done it.

This is Shume e Bukur!!! Very nice colours in the sky. This is a very interesting view of the city it would be interesting to try this shot in the morning too, with the sun over the city.
