Photographer's Note
The need to be close to the fishing banks for the fishermen in the north, demanded a short way between their home and the sea - as you can see from this picture.
The place is Soervaagen in Lofoten.

Wonderfull. But I think it needs 2 shots. 1 with the window opened and other closed.
I'm sorry for my english. I hope you understand I like too much your picture.
La teva foto es molt bona, pero jo hauria fet dos dispars en el mateix fotograma.

Wonderfull photo. Very good framing. I like the you you framed the bed with the view outside. Lighting is also very clever, while you use the lamp light with sunlight.
A great photo!

A very difficult photo to take and you have made a great success! Were you able to balance the light entirely with the camera, or was it necessary to adjust in post processing? The use of the warm inside light and the reflections on the water all make this a work of art. Did you place the items on the window sill or was this what you found? Very very good.

I like the colours and the lighting. If this were my picture, I would be tempted to crop some off the right (so that the window is less central) and perhaps a little off the bottom. This picture has a nice feeling about it.

Fabulous shot! It's great how you captured the warm feeling inside with the warm colors and the softness of the bed, table and objects, against the sharp cold lights of the outside.
Agree with some cropping from the left and bottom.

Excellent photo. The warm and dark scene (full of details) combined with the clear and crisp background gives this shot THE little something special... Well done

Very nice, except in storms, I can smell the air, just by looking....

Dear Jack,
You saw my interior-picture "living in the past" but this one is great too.
It should be a nice place for my holidays !
Adding to my favourites !
Thank you for sharing this.

What I like most here, is that you managed to find the right exposure to combine dark room interior and bright outside. Or is it double exposure?

Hi Jack,
You use 'vista' very nicely. In this kind of picture, in deed, no need frame.
Greatly captured.
