Fv 919, road to Utskor, Langøya, Vesterålen

Utskor is a small village on the North-North West cost of Langøya in Vesterålen Archipelago (N 68° 47' 32''; E 14° 38' 08''). View towards the village and the Norwegian sea. This road seems to go to the edge of the world and makes great curves.

The picture "White Beach" was taken on a peninsula that lies just on the left outside this picture towards Utskor.

Bonjour Samuel,
J'aime beaucoup cette composition, notre regard est attirée par cette piste qui nous conduit vers cette crique au pied de la montagne. Les couleurs sont agréables, même si je suis un peu gêné par le contraste entre le bleu du ciel à gauche et à droite, sans doute du à l'utilisation du filtre (je ne suis pas trop habitué à ces filtres, donc je ne sais pas si ça vient de là).

I visited the Lofotes twice but not yet explored Langøya any further than the highway from Sortland to Melbu. Thanks for inspiring me for a detour when I'm up there the next time :-)

I also like the image with this gravel road taking us to that remote place. Very intelligently composed.
