Autumn Mood 1, a photo from Sor-Trondelag, South

Photographer's Note

We have seen the first snow on the summits and the temperature is diving, both sure signs that autumn enters its late phase!

My part of the country has already received 150% of annual downpour be it rain or snow, and we still have 2.5 months to go. If faith is good to me we will have no snow at all for what is left of 2011..!

Severe wind in September brought the leaves to the ground before they got the lovely seasonal colours, which of course reduces the impact of autumn considerably sniff sniff… Anyway, one sunny day I headed for the mountains to see what was left to photograph!

The seasonal colours are mostly found in the ground, in grass moss and lower vegetation. However some trees still had leaves but they were few and far between.

Hello Pablo,
A wonderful nature's corner, with the red hut catching the sight, surrounds with small forest ashore.
Light was superb to show a mirror view on water, and collected a nice contrast in image.

Hmm, original title! But I don't like autumn. As one wise man said, the autumn like a oldness will be in the end of way.
Therefore I don't like this season.
But you photo is very nice, no doubt. Splendid colours and good reflection. We have +15+10 degrres, without the snow.

The red house is a good detail as usual. Have you tried one just with the reflection? Looking at it I thought it might work as well.
