Photographer's Note
Pałac Kultury i Nauki is still the tallest building in Poland with it's 230 meters height, although it was build in the year of 1952. There are 3 288 rooms on 42 floors, with an overall area of 123,000 mē, containing cinemas, theatres, museums, offices, bookshops, and a large conference hall for 3 000 people.
The building was donated by Joseph Stalin and the town is split in two parts where some like the palace and some think it represents a time they want to forget.

Hi Johan!
Impressive building, by its looks and its proportions. You've posted good capture, the light and colors are especially good.

I am wondering how this building would appear in twilight. Have you tried it? If not, will you please?
The distortion visible in the extreme left and right can now be corrected very easily in photoshop and we don't even need a PC (perspective control lens) to do so.
