One of the greatest tourist attractions of the Island of Madeira lies in its spectacular landscape.

Its impressive cliffs continues to fascinate all those closely drawn to nature.

This archipelago, included in the bio-geographic region of Macaronesia, retains a natural heritage of great scientific value, distinguished by UNESCO as World Natural Heritage.

Breathtaking mountain landscapes and coastal views made my stay on the island an unforgettable one…

Hello,
you are right about the breathtaking mountain landscapes...
Beautiful picture and good mix of colors. I like the curved line, that splits the composition in two parts: land and water.

Hi Rui,

I like your photo, you've managed to get excellent sharpness and use of polarizer has been controlled, too.
However, I felt that there were some minor things that could have been improved (vignetting, horizon is not straight, a bit dark overall) so I workshopped this image.
I hope you find the end result useful.

Hi Rui,

Spectacular view with lovely deep colors and wonderful sky. A bit of unluck with the shaded part of the mountainside. It tends to be a bit darker in a photo than in reality. An excellent shot as a whole though. TFS.

Rui, este penhasco e de dar medo. Aquela casinha la no canto esquerdo da a referencia correta da imensidao deste paredao. As cores da pedra sao belissimas contrastando muito bem com o ceu e a agua profundamente azuis.
