This is very interesting. Quite a sinister looking result. The grain and the softness actually add to the sinister look here, so I like them. I am sure in person, this guy is not near so evil looking. I can't help but wonder what he is doing with his hands. Interesting shot.

Hi Joao. Your note is great. When I first saw the thunail I thought the grim reaper had found a new and unique way to present himself to me ; ) Very amusing and well taken. With black and white you have captured a rather creepy mood to be sure.

a great captured here! Nice used of B&W tone to convey the mood of darkness. I like the tone, really. Nice job here.

GREAT shot. The grain, the noise, the darkness..they all add to overall mood of the picture. The background is also very appropriate for this kind of shot. Most of all, the candidness is well-appreciated. Very good!

This is an eerie picture to wake the computer to. I was supposed to comment last night but ran out of points and was sleepy so just put the computer to sleep. This morning this was the first thing I saw when I woke up the computer. Looks like death came for me in the morning. He does have a Nazgul look. He's so bony and his fingers are so long. He looks emaciated, like under his shirt you would see only his ribs with some flesh on it. And the not too detailed face. Very haunting person. Are you sure he was just a normal kid and not really death waiting for a train to his next job? :) Good job creating a strong mood in this photo with your moment of capture and your choice of black and white.
