although you have some very nice lighting effects, I think we can't see quite enough of the old woman to make the picture really engaging

Oh, this one is absolutely adorable! Not just the photo itself, but the old lady looks so sweet with her umbrella! You caught her in a very good moment, I also like the play of light and shade and the fact that you chose black and white for this one. Great job!
