Very nice capture from Pitesti. Portrait format fits well to the scenery. Good pov and layout.
Deep blue sky creates a perfect background. Nice framed.

Cu totii asteptam cu nerabdare primvara!
Pana atunci, insa, ne bucuram de zapada in zilele cu soare.
Imaginea este idilica :) nu am fost niciodata iarna in Parcul Strand - doar vara. Constat ca e mult mai frumos parcul fara "miresici" :)

a pleasing winter scene with a sun that gives a first shy hint of spring, something we all are waiting for after this winter with so much snow. Here in Switzerland we never had so much snow since 40 years.

In general I agree... though I actually like winter, I could do without the snow (of which we recently got two feet in a single storm here on the East Coast of the US). But it is good for interesting photography, I have to say. Nice shot here of a quiet and frozen little stream, lined by tall bare trees. Good choice for a vertical frame as well. Thanks!

Haha finally I´ve found someone who share my opinion:)Really it could be enough of winter(although no chance of that in next week-at least not in Germany).But even if I or we hate winter,I like to admire winter photos like this one.It´s nicely composed and has great and eye-catching color contrast.

Hello Daniel - There is something quite compelling about winter scenes like this. The water, snow covered banks, leafless trees against a blue sky and lovely winter light combine in perfect balance. pourtant ta photo est splendide avec ces arbres et cette mince couche de neige, ce canal qui tourne sur la gauche, une luminosité idéale mais comme tu le dis: stop, on veut le printemps.....
Ne te désoles pas il va arriver, du moins je l'espère aussi!

I bet you do! You can have some of our summer, it's very hot and sticky here. Despite that, your photo is beautiful, again the vertical frame makes it for me, accentuating the perspective. The colours and lines are very crisp and sharp and I love that icy water. Nice work!
