Well, I can count about 2 weeks without sun here...a dramatic fact, I may say but there's still hope :D

Hello Daniel,
That is what you need sunny pictures like this for, to watch them when it's unbearingly dull outside. This is really nice, but I am longing for spring too. At least we had a fairly sunny day in Stockholm today but winter will remain for another month or two.

Winter is devastating in that way, Daniel - I can handle the cold, and I can even deal with the snow, but the lack of sun gets wearying after a while. This is a welcome change, with the wintry scene brightened by the ray of sun from left. Nice peaceful and clear scene.

impressive shot this. Excellent light management that makes it so striking and effective. Have to agree the winter just seems to be longer this year, but shots like this make up for the long wait for a bit of warmth. Beautiful if blooming freezing! ;-)

no matter how much it hurts to look at these freezing pictures:)they still have so much beauty and charm.Quite contrary feelings I know.But your capture is one of a kind.The way you captured and separated from surrounding this single sun ray is magnificent.Looks like it would defined our longing for sun.

Salut Daniel, pe la noi a venit soarele, e destul de frig dar oricum suntem pe drumul cel bun :) Imi place imaginea, rauletzul care coteste si albastrul cerului. Bine la contrast. Si bineinteles nu puteam sa nu remarc raza de soare.
