Eyes on Sigma., a photo from Sibiu, West

Photographer's Note

While I was browsing this memory card, I spotted a human figure in the bottom right corner made up of a lamp post for the head (with a hat), an arched doorway for the trunk with a brown coat, and 2 flag banners for the legs. Anyway, the eye shaped attics in the roofs were my main interest here. In the centre is the Sigma Restaurant. I have only posted a few shots from Sibiu so here is one more.

Yes, Chrois, saw an imaginary person on the lamp-post.
Besides this, a set of "eyes" looking from the roof-tilesof the house across the square.
Neat picture, well lit, sharp and distinct.

Hello Chris,
Sibiu is possibly the most attractive major city in Romania with many buildings with such curious roofs. The fine light enhances their colours and textures.

This scene is just so full of imaginary features!
Yes, I can see a figure in the r/h corner, and every building has eyes in its roof, some modestly looking down and some obtrusively watching!
It's a good, sharp exposure, nicely focussed on the roofs.

Hello Chris,
A great photo of this charming and still quiet square in a wonderful, bright sunlight. The houses are very attractive, especially thanks to the shapes of their roofs, not two of them are the same. Well captured and composed.
