A few new statues can be found on the renovated streets of the old city center of Timisoara. All are modern sculptures made by 4 Romanian artists. Modern art is refreshing and visually challenging.

The author of this sculpture is Virgil Scripcariu. She has the title Eva.

Ciekawa ta figura Ewy, tylko kusiciel jakis inny ;)
Coz artysci maja wyobraznie.
Ladny kadr, kolorki i ostrosc.

Piotr, splendid sculpture representing a woman. It illustrates a standout work of the stone. It highlightes very well Timisoara center. Fine colors, good image quality, regards.

I remember this statue and took a shot of it. Superb sharpness with effective tight framing. The diffused light has worked well for you here. The pigeon mess makes the 'arrow' tailed cat appear to be crying. Tfs!

An intriguing sculpture that probably depicts a story, possibly a Romanian legend.
The simple sleek design makes the image somewhat stiff but the representation is clearly designed.
