Costila, a photo from Prahova, East

Photographer's Note

The Costila Peak is 2489 m high, the massif being situated between the Cerb (Stag) Valley and Alba (White) Valley. Its height and forward position when compared to other peaks in the Bucegi Mountains made it ideal to place on top a communications relay station, which is visible in this photo.

I was standing near the Omu Peak across teh Cerb valley when the photo was taken. I know it's a little nosisy (ISO 200), but personally I like the colors in it.

Maybe the quality of this photo isn't the best, but the place is GREATTT!
Being here in May (middle of winter in Bucegi Mts. - a lot of snow) I didn't suppose, that it is so beautiful!!!
