Photographer's Note
There is one Romanian town which I truly love. It is Transilvanian Sighisoara, which kept medival atmosphere in a great way. Every morning I saw this old lady walking down cobble-stoned streets. She always had some flowers with her to sell. Most propably she took them from her garden or just from the fields around the city. She wasn't importunate or persistent at all. She used to walk around with her flowers and smile.
Once I got some flowers from her, guest how much she wanted, approx. 0,20 Euro per bunch........

Hi Natalia,
We have a saying here: "Who doesn't have old people, he should buy some" maybe you heard it before
Thank you too for your note, it really shows way how old good people are, here too, especially ones who learned from life at least to be patient and warm hearted. Your photo is so kind and expressive :) Congrats!

Our romanian cities are a combination between old and modern, and for sure our people are very friendly.
Please see her sweet smile, what she is doing isn't beggary,it is another way of survival trying to get some more money selling her own flower. Thanks for your note, dear Natalie
Maybe sometimes I can meet you in Romania :)
All the best

Hello Natalia,
Charming portrait & optimistic mood. With this picture, you show that old age can be really beautiful. Black and white works very well here: it gives your photo an artistic and timeless aura.
What strikes me when looking to your pictures, is spontaneity. You don't fear taking risks ( photographic risks, I mean ;-) ). OK, sometimes, this doesn't work, but when it does (like here), the result is very strong!
TFS & continue that way!
;-)
Erik
