Jovanca Micic.

Spomenik Jovanci Micicu, Jagodincu i glavnom liku iz dela „Put oko sveta” Branislava Nusica, postavljen je na kružnom tolu, na ulazu u Jagodinu iz pravca Cuprije.
Spomenik je podignut u aprilu 2019. godine, a zamisljen je tako da na vrhu velikog metalnog globusa postavljena sedeca statua Jovance, rad Nebojse Cvetkovica. Figura je izgradjena od poliestera i postavljena da sedi na koferu sa kisobranom u krilu s desnom rukom ispruzenom u pravcu Jagodine.[
U unutrasnjosti i ispred globusa koji je promera devet metara, na kome pise „Ceo svet obidjoh, kao Jagodinu nigde ne nadjoh”, postavljeno je sest kofera koji simbolisu zemlje u kojima je bio.
Pored spomenika Jovanca Micic u Jagodini ima svoju ulicu, a glavna nagrada Pozorišnog festivala Dani komedije, nagrada publike za najduhovitiju predstavu je statua Jovance Micica.

A monument to Jovanca Micic, from Jagodina and the main character from the work "Around the World" by Branislav Nusic, was placed on the roundabout, at the entrance to Jagodina from the direction of Cuprija.
The monument was erected in April 2019, and it was designed so that a seated statue of Jovanca, the work of Nebojsa Cvetkovic, was placed on top of a large metal globe. The figure is made of polyester and placed to sit on a suitcase with an umbrella in his lap with his right hand outstretched in the direction of Jagodina.
In the interior and in front of the globe, which is nine meters in diameter, on which it says "I traveled all over the world, I found nowhere like Jagodina", there are six suitcases that symbolize the countries in which he was.
In addition to the monument to Jovanca Micic, there is a street in Jagodina, and the main award of the Comedy Days Theater Festival, the audience award for the most witty play, is a statue of Jovanca Micic.

This is an interesting and original monument. It is very eye-catching and lots of people will love to watch it and discover new details. You selected the best angle where we face the figure on top of the globe. Exposure and sharpness are well handled.

Magnificent monument, impposing sight, pavle, but one remark:
there is a notable backlight reduction halo around the main object, the glob-sculpture. You might avoid this by taking a different POV upon.

Zdravo Pavle,
Spomenik koji bi svi članovi TrekEarth-a mogli da cene. Svi volimo da putujemo i skupljamo kofere poput onih u podnožju spomenika, ali na kraju naučimo da cenimo lepotu susednog sveta bez potrebe da idemo daleko.
Naravno, voleo bih da putujem više, ali nemaju svi novac, zdravlje, vreme ili porodične situacije koje bi to dozvolile. Zato hajde da se fokusiramo na ono što možemo da uradimo i naučimo da uživamo u tome!

Le monument est bien placé dans le cadrage. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails du monument de Jovanca Micic. La lumière rehausse les couleurs de l'image. Bonne journée.

Nice to see a globe that is NOT focused on North America for a change. Here instead we see Africa, Australia, Anatolia and South Asia. I am glad they are suitcases and not coffins or tombs! Tfs!
