The Alcazar of Cordoba, is a palace fortress built in 1328, the ancient Caliphs of Cordoba and later modified by Alfonso XI after the Christian reconquest of the city.rnThe most interesting of the Alcázar is strolling through the beautiful gardens, known and climb the towers to enjoy the view of the city.rnThe city of Cordoba, UNESCO World Heritage Site, was once one of the most important cities in the world. Passed by there Carthaginians, Visigoths, Romans, Arabs and Jews, all these millennia and centuries of civilization made it a precious confluence of architecture, arts and religious expressions.rnThe strong Muslim influence, which can be seen in the small streets in the old center and especially in his mosque, the main attraction of the city.
