Scooting around town, a photo from Cordoba, Andalucia

Using a scooter is a good way of getting round the narrow crowded streets of Old Cordoba. Using your legs is even better!

In this mini bike park I was attracted by the contrast between the shiny paintwork of the bikes and the warmly textured wall.

Hello Stephen,

For me the best way to visit any city is to use my legs. And if the city is big - the public buses. But in Angkor Wat I had guided tour with scooter and it was maybe the coolest sightseeing. Nice view of these colourful vehicles.

Yes, this is not just a photograph of scooters, it is a very well composed photograph between tiles and wall and incorporating the scooters as focal images.
The angled viewpoint helps to guide us inwards, creates a good sense of perspective and ensure we inspect each, colourful bike!

Nice repetition of the motor scooters in contrasting colors of cyan red and green in the centre. Blue at the sides. The angled flagstones and manhole cover add interest and perspective. Tfs!

Eh bien, je vois que dans toutes les villes les deux roues prennent le pas sur les voitures (difficultés de circuler en ville).
Les couleurs créent un joli contraste entre la façade et les scooters reposant sur leur béquille.

I wonder if local people truly understand how cultural this is, because here in North America - you'd never see a scene like this one :)

here it would probably be a group of Harley Davidson's.

fun shot, simple and right to the point. the blue one is my favorite. I'm off to Iceland today for 2 weeks, see you around, i'll try to check in from time to time.
