Photographer's Note

Picasso was born in Malaga in 1881 but did not spend much time there. His birth house has become a museum to his life and works and there are many references to him about the city. We liked this advertising sign for a tapas bar.

Well spotted and used photo opportunity. It captures an interesting detail and at the same time the atmosphere of the city.
It's interesting how quickly we recognise famous faces, even if just painted on an advertising sign! I knew immediately it was Picasso and I can't even remember when I last saw a photo of this artist.

An innovative advertisement for the tapas restaurant and bar. I generally found the food in Italy was better than Spain. The price is very reasonable though. Good colour and sharpness. Tfs!
