A World of Books, a photo from Malaga, Andalucia

Photographer's Note

It was our last day in Malaga and we had a few hours to kill before going to the airport so we wandered around the narrow streets. We thought we had explored everywhere but we came across this shop, Mapas y Compania, a bookshop specialising in maps, geography, guides etc. A beautifully laid out place, many books in Spanish but also some in English. We bought a book of watercolours of the city.There were many others we would have loved to buy. It is a family business.

Lep deo knjizare i detalji, dobro pokazano sa lepim bojama i kontrastom.

Hello David,

Books are always better to read or a tablet or pc.
This is real a wonderful bookcase.
Pleasant colours through the nice light.

everybody of us must read at least
one book a month...

A bookshop where, in addition to the books, also the globes and planets are central.
Even a lot of hot air balloons with which the world can be better explored.

This shop is just wonderful. I really like combination of globes balloons and planets. There are books of countless designs and geography is a great theme.

Hello DD, Such a bookshop is heaven for the traveller. In a large format I can see some more details, e.g. I see the Lonely Planet guidebooks. The hanging balloons look attractive. Best regards MAlgo
