Photographer's Note

Sometimes, we don't need to travel a long distance to take interesting pictures. This time, I only "traveled" the distance between my bed and my window, in my own house in Tenerife, Canary Islands. I hope, you can feel how beautiful can be the sky in my homeland.

Lovely sunrise! The wisps of cloud look a bit like horses, too.

Did you underexpose? I find that usually helps a sunrise or sunset.

I have a couple of friends who are honeymooning right now somewhere in the Canaries; I wonder if they saw this sky, too?

Your pics are really nice. I'm learning about photography, so my comments are not so useful... but I really liked the colors of this pic. Looks almost fake! Amazing. I hope the paradise looks like this. =))

¡Caramba que cielo tan espectacular!. Parece que lo hubiesen pintado a brochazos. Me gusta especialmente el contraste entre las nubes grises y las rojizas.

I like this very much. Conventional thinking is that these types of sunset photos should have some kind of foreground but I think "if it works it works" and this works. I like it very much. like an abstract painting with simply wonderful colours.

Is something magnificient in Your photo - the sky is like a fire mixed with water... it looks so dangerous but composition is very interesting.

Yeah, sometimes we have not to look for good subject for a good photo in different countries, continents. It is neighbour us...

In your longitudes sunsets like this happen much more often. I like the fiery sky like this one, reminds me of some sunsets seen when sailing.
