This is a picture that I took while on holiday to Switzerland. It is a beautiful setting: flowers, old architecture, and Lake Geneva.
I tried to frame the castle with the tree and flowers. I think it turned out pretty good.

Hi Katie,

I like this composition with all the vegetation on the left side. I would have prefered to see the castle more clear but I know it's not obvious depending on the weather. But I still really like this picture. TFS

It is a cool picture- I'm sure the castle is big, but it looks so small against the mountain. The burst of color from the flowers on the left adds a lot to this frame. This picture makes me want to go there- maybe on a sunny day though; it looks kind of cold :). Good shot!

It looks almost Tolkien-esque. What really makes this stand out is the red wildflowers in the foreground. Well caught and nice composition.

Nice composition - it's a shame that the castle is a little lost in the haze. I have made a Workshop to try and bring it out a bit - take a look and see what you think.

Hi Katie, this is simply lovely...the flowering plants and the tree leaves make excellent frame to the melancholic mood (to me) of a hazy and grey weather surrounding the huge castle dwarfed by the looming mountain on the backdrop --

Yes, it is a beautiful setting. The castle almost seems floating. I like its magnificence over the terrain. The steep mountain hill with all green is just gorgeous. Regards...Mehmet..
