Interesting composition. possibly a different composition would improve the shot. Balance the water spouts on either edge to be the same if the water fountain isn't symetrical then show the whole feature so we can see that. Also consider the background as well as the subject. A more detailed note will also enhance the photo. Dont worry about about grammer as we are use to variations, you dont need to write in English as thee a good translator available for us to use
Overall a good first photo well done
