A postscript photo to Rick's shot of the canal at diggle.
This was taken in 2002, a year after the canal had reopened. When the restoration project for the canal began in 1978, Rick and myself promised each other we would travel along the canal once it was opened. I didn't realise at the time that I would actually be living in Huddersfield!.
