Photographer's Note
Good Morning Everyone,
First, please forgive me for being tardy at replying to many of you but I have been away for a few days, where the weather has, at last, been warm and sunny
As a clue to the fun I have had, I am posting this shot. Well, who could not have grabbed a camera to record this scene!
It was taken at Low Sizergh Barn, near Kendal. There is a farm trail which allows people access to animals and woodlands, just for the walk for the fun of it or to hunt for wild flowers and insects. More information can be accessed via an Internet link here.
The little boy was immediately attracted to these young pigs. The attention was reciprocated!
What a perfectly happy scene!
Have a lovely day, yourselves, Bev :-)

Hi Bev,
It is very nice scene. I also would grab my camera to make such photo. happy moment from holiday. Pity that the boy's head hides the heads of other pigs, but the expression of this one is very amusing. Must be great fun to walk in this farm, specially for kids,.

Hi Bev,
Lol at the amusing title! Good sharpness and the red and blue attire of the child are eyecatching and set up a good warm cold color contrast. Excellent sharpness and well framed and composed with adequate breathing space right around. Tfs!

Ciao Beverley

Amicalement

Hello Bev,
Funnily enough, I was walking past a field with a pig in it just last week and there was a young boy standing looking at it and trying to feed it some bread. But the pig just had its nose stuck in the ground right up to the fence and I never managed to get an opportunity like this one!
This picture is truly magical with almost some sort of discourse going on between the boy and the brown pig. Peter (graffer) would have a field day with this one, drawing lines of composition and lines of "communication" all over it!
Lovely composition (to which the red T-shirt of the boy contributes considerably), fine light and colours, perfect exposure and exquisite details and sharpness.
Fabulous!
Kind Regards,
John.

Hi Bev,
A happy scene indeed, what a fun moment captured! Quick reactions to grab the shot, these kinds of occasions can be so incredibly difficult to manage...but you've come up with a great one here, love it! It's the kind of innocent charm that can only be produced from the spirit of children and their inquisitive nature. Although we can't see his face, and animals can't show expressions, I'm sure both are smiling and content to get acquainted. :)
All of that said, my favorite object is this little boys backpack, it's all about nature...past and present! All of the technical details look to be in order as well. Brilliant. Have a great day.
Best regards,
Jason

Hi Beverley,
Haha, that is really really cute shot I love it, it makes me smile from ear to ear. Maybe the pig will turn into a pricess after the kiss. I'm stwisting the strory here. Girl can kiss the Frog and boy can kiss the Pig. :) I hope the find is not wired. Otherwise ouch.

Hello Bev,
The interaction between the boy and the pig is enchanting. We went to the South of England show on Friday and spent an hour in a shed with pigs during a heavy storm - piglets can be incredibly noisy!
A super red shirt on the boy anchored in the corner and lovely detail in the pigs skin and hair - very well photographed.
Kind Regards, Ann

Hello Beverley,
A perfect moment well captured. The boy and the pig seem to get along well together. The red shirt and the pig's attentive face are beautiful features. Personally I have no pigs among my friends but they are supposed to be very nice and sociable animals, quite smart too.

Hello Beverley,
What a sweet capture! I really like the interaction between the boy and this curious pig. It's also funny that the boy seems to have some other kind of animal on his back. :-) You snapped at just the right time, and the sharpness and colors are wonderful.

Nice taken the moment, not sure if the little boy would continue his love affair with those pigs, after realize.
Image has fine light and clarity.

Hi Beverley. A sweet title and photo.Obviously some eye contact has occurred here and a series of noises from both. Nice POV too as the young fellow takes us closer to the creatures. Regards. Klaudio.

Hi Beverley,
You are a photograph with the ability to capture either a place , an experience an idea, or a moment. For this reasonyour picture is worth a thousand words.
Your photographs can convey a feeling faster than, and sometimes even more effectively than words can. you can make the viewer see the world the way the photographer sees it.
