Hi, Robert.

I like this one. You have been criticised, I see, for your recent pictures of this trip because there were bits of people in the pictures! I actually tried to do a quick workshop earlier tonight to see if I could alter one but I made an utter mess of it. Not very good at picture editing!

This one is great and I like it all the more because you have done nothing to it - the sea is a wonderful colour against the dark basalt. I can hear Mendelssohn! I've always wanted to visit this place.

At first I thought that those pillars & bricks were man made. Interesting rocks & place. Wish I could go there someday. The unprocessed image looks good & so are the the colors. Regards. Latiff.

I really enjoyed visiting Staffa (in 2000, with the Norvegian fullrigger Christian Radich), so it is a real pleasure to see again these basaltic rocks and their geometrical shapes. The colors are natural for the rocks, a bit strange for the sea but I have already encountered such a strange color on a very sunny day in Sark so I am not fully surprised.
