The Resket Tower (Persian: برج رسکت; also spelled Resget) is a monument in Sari, Iran. The tower was constructed in the 11th-century. A stucco is written on the entrance, in Arabic and Pahlavi, which states that the mausoleum was built for the two Bavandid princes Hormozdiyar and Habusiyar. The person behind the construction of the tower was most likely the father of the two princes, named Masdara. Wikipedia

Hello Ali,
It's a fantastic tower and its impression is increased by its solitary location on the mountainside. It's more than 1000 years old and still looks so good. The photo is also good, with very fine light and colours.

Hello Ali,

The tower is in remarkably good condition for its age. It was obviously meant to last!
You place the building very well in your composition, giving us a sense of its isolation.
The view from the tower is wonderful, what scenery!

It must have been heart breaking for the king to bury his two sons. I wonder what happened!

A good vertical composition to show the tower on the mountain slope very well and clearly on a pleasant and sunny day. The rocks and small bushes add a nice pattern.

Very nice piece of architecture. The lone tower is so isolated it feels as if it was lost here, somehow misplaced.
Nice weather here. I like the diagonal line of the hill behind.
The good weather brings in some shades and feeling of depth.

Interesting tower, in fact, a mausoleum of princes. Strange that it stays in the middle of nowhere. And it is so well preserved. Nice composition with the diagonal border of sky and land. I saw similar ones in Azerbaijan.

A very beautiful tower built on a rocky mountain slope.
At first glance I thought the tower was relatively small but that is not true.
Looking at the plants and the trees on the hill we can better estimate the size of the tower.
