Playing Birds, a photo from Beer Sheva, Southern

Photographer's Note

Almost copleted my Dead Sea series.
Another photo of the playing birds.
They were taking off and flying again and again, tottaly ignoring my close presence. It looks like a "chair game", when only one bird could get the best post on the rock.

The name of the bird is Pycnonotus Xanthopygos, Yellow Bulbul, and it is very typical in Israel in this season.

A lovely add to your Dead Sea series, Itzik. The bird at the left, hovering in mid-air, looks amazingly elegant whereas the fellow at the right seems quite indifferent to this sort of aerial acrobatics. Good use of DOF and nice colors.

Hello Yitzhak! This is such a great wildlife photo! The one bird stationary and the other blurry and flying makes a great contrast!

The whole series is great Yitzhak! Teh colours are so soft, really beautiful! Great compo and DOF, this one. Amazing that you could get so close. pretty bird by the way!

Hi Itzik,
Not easy to catch birds so harmoniously. Profile to start with, birds have a tendencu eithet to look at you straight or turn around and show their tail. and the other bird so wll placed and a bit blurred.
Your picture is very inspiring.

I like this one.
It's not easy to capture birds...specially small birds like these ones.
but you did it very well.
I like the blurred flying bird on the background.
Perfect coliurs and definition.
