Photographer's Note

The gulf of Eilat. The northern part of the red sea. This is a very narrow water tongue that goes between for countries - Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Israel and Egypt. It is only 10 km wide at this point. The red mountains on the other side of the gulf are the mountains of Edom, Jordan.

Tech: crop, noise removing, sharpen, frame.

Great and simple shot Yitzhak (Haven't I seen something like this before :-) Never mind - its a great motif and the soft background adds extra too the image - Very well spotted and captured.

Very strange subject, but it works. It made me look at it for a while to figure out what it was. Like how you framed it. I'm just still wondering how you caught this image; it looks like taken from above.

Nice composition with good colors but I am disturb by the background. I don't know why, it is due to the compression of your photo ?

I agree with Jeppe about the compo. A bit puzzled about the subject, and its relationship to the note. These look like a couple of paragliders, with the pilots. Pts tomorrow.

Interesting cropping, Yitzhak, with the paragliders almost outside the frame :-P The colors and shapes stand out well against the very non-intrusive background of mountains. A bit more sharpness on the gliders would have been nice.
