The "Treasury" at Petra from an other view, as you can see in the previus picture.
The impressive eastern entrance leads steeply down through a dark and narrow gorge (in places only 3-4 metres wide) called the Siq (the shaft), a natural geological feature formed from a deep split in the sandstone rocks and serving as a waterway flowing into Wadi Musa. At the end of the narrow gorge stands Petra's most elaborate ruin, Al Khazneh (the Treasury) hewn directly out of the sandstone cliff.

Χαίρομαι που βλέπω αυτή την φωτογραφία από αυτό το υπέροχο μέρος. Δίνοντας ελάχιστο ουρανό προς τα επάνω, οριοθετείς το ύψος του φαραγγιού και έτσι αντιλαμβανόμαστε το μέγεθος. Πάρα πολύ καλή δουλειά και εντυπωσιακή φωτογραφία.

This one is clasic. Ewereione who come to Petra do som foto of "tresurdy". This is "must seen" place. Shame fot lot of turist infront.
