Photographer's Note
Toronto was built out of brick to last, so it should have a long and storied past. The red clay from the center of the don valley was brought to this factory and formed into a dense square patty. Heat that was carried through these pipes made the homes of all the city types. For many years after the time had come and gone for this factory to shine, there was nothing, and emptiness was just fine. But now they have transformed this storied brick factory to a gallery for all the people to come and see. I miss the days of quite and abandoned, where the pipes and i spoke with only thoughts of random.

Hello Bryan,
Nice effects given by all these pipes. I like the "very industrial" light and the strong contrasts.

Great use of the rustic colour and composition. The note was a good addition. You really put me there with this shot. I can almost smell the manufacturing.
