Photographer's Note
Photo taken from Onaping lake. I think from all my photos on Onaping Lake, you should gather that its a moody lake. It changes all the time. Next year when I visit, I will take pictures of the thunderstorms, there are tornadoes sometimes, that should be interesting!

Reminds me of a place I have been too, the Rio Paragua. Amazing place also

Dear Zoe, I read your intro and need to disagree with you. You don't need to go so far away to shoot anything worthwhile for anyone. Even your own backyard or someone's else and the countryside you are in, and taking it seriously with expressive/narrative composition and exposure, is fine. Work your subject well wherever they are and you come out happy with it.
